🐾 The Job
Reporting into the People Manager, you will be a key part of the squad. Responsible for partnering with our People Leaders and squad members, delivering a high quality HR service that supports our People Strategy and Company Goals. Based in Blyth near Worksop we have over 600 squad members on site across our manufacturing and fulfilment operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coach and support People Leader competency in managing their squad including performance management, development, and engagement
- Managing absence, discipline & grievance cases and driving plans that deal with improvement & root cause
- Lead Performance Reviews and follow up plans to develop a high performing culture by supporting the Feedback Cycle, development plans and talent mapping
- Drive key engagement messages through our people leaders and pulse check engagement levels of our squad members through engagement surveys
- Keeping squad member engagement at the forefront of everything we do and supporting the delivery of high impact engagement plans across all areas

👀 What We're Looking For
- Strong ER/case management experience (FMCG or manufacturing)
- Skilled in coaching, engagement & handling complex situations
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
- Loves dogs (naturally)
⏳ The Interview Process
- Initial call with your dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner, carried out remotely.
- Skills interview, usually carried out in person.
- Behaviours interview, usually carried out in person.
- Depending on the seniority of the role you're applying for, there may be a final Leadership interview as a final step.
We usually expect our interview process to take 3-5 weeks, end to end.
