Job Description & Summary

About the role:

Our Business Solutions teams provide the resources, services and technology that help PwC operate effectively and deliver exceptional value across the business. Within the People Function, you'll partner with business leaders and stakeholders to deliver people strategies, enhance the employee experience, and support business performance. As part of the People Lifecycle team, you'll provide expert guidance on people matters, lead process improvements, deliver projects, and use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. This role focuses on supporting our Early Careers population, including school and college leavers and graduates throughout their career journey at PwC.

What your days will look like:

  • Manage a portfolio of people-related cases, providing expert guidance and support on promotions, career progression, and operational people processes.
  • Analyse and report on people data, delivering insights that inform business decisions and workforce planning.
  • Monitor People Function performance against SLAs and KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Own and optimise People Function processes, embedding best practice and leveraging technology to improve efficiency and employee experience.

This role is for you if you:

  • Have experience managing complex casework and handling sensitive information from a range of stakeholders.
  • Are highly data-driven, with strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Produce high-quality written documentation, including professional letters, reports, and business communications.
  • Have a understanding of HR processes and experience applying people policies in a practical business context.
  • Can provide clear, confident advice and guidance on people-related matters.
  • Demonstrate excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines.
