Robert Half is partnering with a rapidly growing, international technology business to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner / HR Manager into their UKI People Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful, people-focused organisation where you'll combine strategic business partnering with hands-on HR delivery. You'll support approximately 160 employees across multiple business units, partnering closely with senior leaders while playing a key role in shaping people initiatives, improving processes, and enhancing the employee experience.
🚀 The Opportunity
This is a broad, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll act as the trusted HR partner to multiple business areas, working closely with CEOs, senior leaders, managers and employees across the UK & Ireland. Alongside your business partnering responsibilities, you'll remain involved in the operational side of HR, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders across multiple business units, providing commercially focused HR advice and support
- Manage a range of employee relations matters including performance, conduct, absence and grievance cases
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure HR data, records and administration are maintained accurately
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, inductions, employee queries and policy guidance
- Lead and contribute to HR projects, process improvements and HR technology initiatives
- Deliver inductions, training sessions and people management workshops
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the business

👤 About You
We're looking for a well-rounded HR professional who enjoys both strategic business partnering and rolling up their sleeves when needed.
You'll have:
- 2-5+ years' experience operating at HR Business Partner level
- Strong employee relations experience and confidence managing cases independently
- Previous payroll responsibility
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Strong operational HR foundations across the full employee lifecycle
- Experience leading HR projects and driving process improvements
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- CIPD qualification (or working towards)
- Confidence delivering inductions, training and presentations
