RPM creates ideas people want to spend time with.

We’re an independent creative agency with a strong belief in purposeful brand experiences that change consumer and shopper behaviour. We have been doing this since 1993.

We believe that as humans, we trust people who do what they say, and it’s no different when building brands. We excel at creating meaningful brand interactions in the channels that are in closest contact with consumers: live, retail and digital.

About the Role

You will act as a consultant on human resources management for our board of directors and senior managers, along with the wider team. You will be well versed in organisational change matters as well as delivering the day-to-day activities including processing employee data, providing advice and guidance, case management, recruitment, processing payroll and ensuring benefits, policies and processes are up to date.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
