Why we're hiring:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive People Manager to join our global, high-performing corporate functions Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to act as a primary People lead for dedicated internal client groups, making a tangible commercial difference to the business while continuously innovating our people practices.

What you'll be doing:

Your primary responsibility will be to act as the dedicated People lead for assigned internal Finance departments and stakeholder groups. You will independently drive comprehensive support, partnering directly with business leaders to achieve organisational objectives. You will own the execution of people strategies, programmes, and initiatives within your client groups, requiring a high level of independent judgment, commercial acumen, and a solid mastery of the People profession.

Stakeholder / Internal Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong partnerships with Finance leaders and teams.
  • Provide trusted advice and coaching on people matters.
  • Translate business needs into practical people solutions.

Programme Implementation & Talent Management

  • Deliver people programmes, policies and change initiatives.
  • Support talent reviews, succession planning and workforce planning.
  • Drive performance and career development conversations.

Strategic Support & AI Innovation

  • Contribute to strategic people projects and organisational change initiatives.
  • Use people data to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Explore how AI and technology can improve employee and manager experiences.

Who you'll be working with:

Reporting into the Global Senior People Director, this role will act as the dedicated People Partner for Finance leaders and teams, providing strategic advice on talent, performance, engagement, workforce planning and employee relations. You will work closely with Finance leadership, employees, and specialist HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Learning, Reward, ER and People Analytics to deliver people initiatives and support business objectives.

What You'll Need

  • Experience in a People Manager, HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
  • Strong employee relations experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A passion for creating inclusive workplaces where everyone can do their best work.
