Assistant Manager – People Model & Value Proposition (Hub Enablement)
As the Assistant Manager – People Model & Value Proposition (Hub Enablement), you will be a key player in driving the hiring, onboarding, and governance processes that underpin Reckitt’s captive hub transition programme. Reporting within the Hub Enablement area, you will own the day-to-day management of the hiring plan across multiple hubs, working to unlock blockers, connect hub teams to global functions and stakeholders, and ensure end-to-end visibility of the hiring and onboarding pipeline.
Your day-to-day includes running governance for captive enablement alongside the Captive Enablement Lead, tracking and reporting hiring and go-live status to global stakeholders, cascading changes to the hiring plan, and coordinating, through HUB PMOs, the hiring, onboarding and training activities. You will also lead project-based work, some of short-term projects are deploying additional functions beyond Finance into the hiring processes, launching a hiring dashboard within Reckitt’s workspace, and standing up a new governance framework for Captive Enablement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
