About the Role
Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh is looking to recruit an additional administrator for our dynamic People & Organisational Development team. In this role you will provide administrative support for key HR-related processes, including on and offboarding staff, contract and reference management, recruitment and training administration, plus of course keeping our people databases and filing systems accurate and up to date, along with a variety of other general administrative duties.

- Provide administrative support for HR-related processes.
- Manage on and offboarding staff.
- Handle contract and reference management.
- Assist with recruitment and training administration.
- Maintain accurate people databases and filing systems.
- Perform other general administrative duties.
Requirements
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a People team.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills on people-related matters.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
Although we see this as a full-time role (35 hours per week), we would also consider applicants looking to work with us on a part-time basis. If this is your preference, please indicate how many hours and days per week you would prefer to work.
