Role Overview
As a People Operations Administrator, you’ll support a fast-paced People Shared Services function, delivering excellent customer service to our colleagues while maintaining high-quality HR data and compliance. With inspiring experiences, development programmes, and our apprenticeship scheme, your career can grow far beyond the day to day.
Responsibilities
- Managing international assignees, from relocation support to immigration and visa case handling
- Acting as a second-line (Tier-2) support for People queries, resolving or escalating with ownership
- Ensuring timely, accurate People administration – including contracts, letters, and audits
- Collaborating with our third-party managed service team to maintain excellent service
- Supporting continuous improvement projects and system/data accuracy initiatives

Who You Are
- An expert with experience in People Operations or HR administration in a busy environment
- A detail-focused decision-maker with strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- A natural communicator who thrives on supporting others and solving problems
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively but can also take initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, and ideally experienced with tools like Ceridian/Dayforce or SharePoint
