As a People Operations Administrator, you’ll support a fast-paced People Shared Services function, delivering excellent customer service to our colleagues while maintaining high-quality HR data and compliance.

  • Managing international assignees, from relocation support to immigration and visa case handling
  • Acting as a second-line (Tier-2) support for People queries, resolving or escalating with ownership
  • Ensuring timely, accurate People administration – including contracts, letters, and audits
  • Collaborating with our third-party managed service team to maintain excellent service
  • Supporting continuous improvement projects and system/data accuracy initiatives

Who you are

It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:

  • An expert with experience in People Operations or HR administration in a busy environment
  • A detail-focused decision-maker with strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • A natural communicator who thrives on supporting others and solving problems
  • A team player who enjoys working collaboratively but can also take initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, and ideally experienced with tools like Ceridian/Dayforce or SharePoint
