People Operations Administrator (Employee Data Assurance)
Location: Home Based, with some travel for meetings a few times a year
Contract: Fixed Term Contract, 12 months, Full Time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £29,863.44 per annum

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused People Operations Administrator to join our People Team and play a key role in maintaining the quality, accuracy and integrity of our employee data. Whether you're already working within HR administration or have strong experience in a data-focused administrative role, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and collaborative People function.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Experience working in an HR, People Operations, administrative or office-based environment.
- Experience maintaining accurate employee or business records within systems and databases.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information in line with GDPR requirements.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication, customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Desirable
- Experience using Oracle or other HR systems.
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle administration.
- Knowledge of data quality, governance or audit processes.
- Experience producing or validating workforce data and reports.

From supporting employee lifecycle activities to carrying out data quality checks and helping improve processes, your work will have a direct impact on colleagues across the organisation.
You'll work closely with teams across Payroll, Recruitment, Learning & Development and the wider business, giving you excellent exposure to the full employee lifecycle and the opportunity to broaden your HR knowledge and experience.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution during one of the most significant periods in GFSL's history. As the organisation progresses through its transition towards future private sector provision, you'll support the delivery of essential People services by ensuring employee data remains accurate, compliant and dependable. Your work will help provide stability, continuity and confidence for employees and leaders while supporting the successful management of organisational change.

Future Plans
GFSL has been notified by its shareholder (MOJ) that the provision of FM services will in future be delivered by the private sector. This means that following a successful procurement process, GFSL's services will complete transfer to a private sector provider/providers no sooner than August 2027.
