A great opportunity has arisen for a People Operations Advisor to join our People Team. You will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional people experience by ensuring our people systems, processes, data and operations are efficient, responsive and customer focused.

Asthma + Lung UK is the only charity in the UK fighting for everyone with a lung condition, aiming for a world where everyone can breathe with healthy lungs. We fund cutting-edge research, provide advice and support for the 12 million people who will get a lung condition during their lifetime. We also campaign for clean air and for better NHS diagnosis and treatment.

Role Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining the integrity of our HR systems and data
- Overseeing payroll processes
- Producing people analytics and reports
- Developing key People Team communications
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes through digitisation, automation and AI
You will also act as a key point of contact for People Operations queries and support a range of HR projects across the organisation.
Required Experience and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong experience working in a People Operations or HR Operations environment
- Excellent knowledge of HR systems, payroll administration, people data management and process improvement
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and confident working with data and multiple stakeholders
