Our team

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a People Operations Advisor to join the International People Operations team based in Birmingham city centre. This is a hybrid role, with a current requirement of working 3 days on site in the Birmingham Office.

Eversheds Sutherland prides itself on being a great place to work. The People Operations team is a HR Shared Service which is at the very heart of the employee experience. You will work as part of a professional and energetic team that is at a pivotal point of change, introducing new technology to enhance our People service delivery. Working closely with the HR Business Partner team and wider People function, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience, ensuring compliance with policy and legislation, and supporting managers to effectively manage their people responsibilities.

We are continually looking for smarter and more efficient ways of working, so you'll be encouraged to share ideas, challenge existing processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the People function. Building strong relationships will be essential, as you'll work closely with HR Business Partners, managers and colleagues across the business to deliver a seamless and customer-focused service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
