Overview
The People Operations Adviser works in a shared services capacity and supports the Global People Team, with operational expertise managing the European region. This role is essential in supporting the day-to-day HR operations, being a primary contact point for HR queries, engaging in projects and supporting process improvements.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for HR related queries.
- Managing the HR Operations inbox/case management ensuring accuracy and SLAs.
- Ensure HR records, files and systems are maintained accurately and consistently.
- Prepare and administer documentation, ensure employee files are maintained.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, change in employment and offboarding.
- Partner with other teams including Payroll, Benefits, Purchasing, Talent Acquisition, HRBP, etc.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Maintaining Standardised Operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support the HR team with projects.

Qualifications
- 3-5 Years' experience within HR Operations supporting Europe and APJ, as well as an understanding of employment laws and experience in employee data management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
- Enquiries analytical, critical thinking, and interpretive skills to apply various employment situations in line with policies and procedures.
- Self-starter, ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Workday

Preferred Skills
- Previous experience with Immigration processes.
- French language and France regulations knowledge.
- Experience working in other regions, including APJ, North America and India.
