What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, managing documentation, data accuracy in HiBob, and monthly global payroll coordination.
- Drive operational efficiency by building automations, dashboards, and tooling to reduce low-leverage activities across the People function.
- Enhance the employee experience by managing benefits packages and helping lead the high-impact annual Global Summit off-site.
The ideal candidate
- 2+ years of experience in an operational or customer-facing role (People, CX, or Program Management) within a fast-paced environment.
- Highly tech-savvy with proficiency in Claude, Slack, and Google Workspace, plus a demonstrated ability to create process automations.
- A detail-obsessed relationship builder who thrives under high-trust, low-touch management and enjoys solving complex, human-centric problems.
