Job Title
GoHenry is the money app giving kids a head start in life as they learn to earn, save, spend and invest – all with parental oversight. Having pioneered a new category in financial education when it launched in 2012, over 2.3 million kids have now learnt money skills with GoHenry.
With the ultimate goal to make every kid smart with money, GoHenry believes the best way to learn is to get hands-on experience with money.
We are looking for an immediately available People Operations Associate for our People team to join our mission. You’ll be responsible for educating the next generation, ensuring their families invest for tomorrow, and mobilising their village to reach shared money goals.
Requirements
- Around 3–5 years’ experience in a People Operations, HR Administration, or HR Coordinator role (or equivalent experience), ideally within a UK-based organisation.
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS platform (HiBob experience is a strong plus) and comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly.
- Working knowledge of UK employment compliance requirements, including right to work checks and background screening.
- Experience drafting and issuing employment documentation, such as offer letters, contracts, and contract amendments.
- Confident coordinating training and learning logistics, from scheduling sessions to tracking completion.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through — given the sensitive nature of this role, accuracy matters.
- Comfortable working in a small, close-knit team, wearing multiple hats, and managing a varied workload with general guidance rather than close supervision.
- Experience running reports and building dashboards, with a good eye for spotting data inconsistencies.
- A proactive, curious mindset and a genuine interest in improving processes and the team member experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a compassionate and thoughtful approach to sensitive employee matters.
- Comfortable partnering closely with Payroll, Benefits, and senior People Partners on shared priorities.
What matters to us
- Take ownership of your work, ensuring tasks are managed promptly and meet high-quality standards.
- Be relentless in the pursuit of progress — embrace change and actively seek opportunities to optimise our processes.
- Approach challenges or conflict with compassion, curiosity, and as an opportunity to make processes or people better.
- Lead with heart, ensuring communication within the team and across partnerships is delivered thoughtfully.
- If you find it challenging to meet an expectation or need extra support, raise it promptly — we’d rather know early.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
