People Operations Co-Ordinator
£155 per day
Location: London – 2 days in the office
Industry: Financial Services
Contract: 6 month contract – Inside IR35
I am partnered with a client that is at the forefront of the Payments Industry. They seek a People Operations Co-ordinator on a contract until the end of the year.
This is an entry-level HR role requiring strong administrative skills and an interest in developing a career in HR or people operations. Working as part of a close-knit People Team, the successful candidate will provide proactive administrative support across a broad range of people processes, helping to ensure the smooth running of colleague lifecycle activity from onboarding through to offboarding. The role requires strong organisational skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple routine processes effectively.

Experience needed:

- CIPD Level 5 qualification preferred, or willingness to study towards this qualification.
- Experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within HR, people operations, or a professional services environment.
- Experience of working with HR systems and handling confidential people data would be beneficial.
