This is the ideal role in which to broaden and enhance your HR experience within a growing, progressive and global SaaS business. As a People Operations Co-ordinator you will join a collaborative team where you will be responsible for delivering an accurate and timely HR administration support services for our global workforce.

This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week working from our Birmingham HQ.

Please note, this is a 12 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

What You Will Do

  • You will be first point of contact for employee queries and will drive positive employee experience and engagement
  • Processing all aspects of the employee life cycle, including offers of employment, internal transfers and leaver documentation
  • Overseeing the internal ticketing system and providing exceptional service to employees.
  • Working closely with the global payroll teams and ensuring accuracy and timeliness when supplying information
  • Updating and managing the HRIS database, ensuring the accurate recording and maintenance of people data
  • Managing administration in respect of the Company's vetting processes, employee files, people policies and statutory returns
  • Being responsible for raising purchase orders via our accounting system and liaising with accounts payable to ensure invoices are paid accurately and in a timely manner

What You Will Have

  • Please note, applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application.
  • Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
  • HRIS and ticketing system experience in a HR or shared services environment is desirable.
  • An enthusiastic, proactive approach to completing tasks and getting involved in ad-hoc projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
