Job Title: HR Administrator
We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven HR Administrator to act as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries via a high volume inbox, providing exceptional customer service and smooth administrative support across the entire employee lifecycle. In this very busy, collaborative role you will maintain accurate HR system data, produce key documentation, manage starter and leaver processes, support payroll deadlines, and keep our People Toolkit and digital records up to date. Experience with HR systems and administration is essential. If you are highly organised, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team, and you bring hands-on experience using HR systems along with a proactive, “can-do” attitude, we’d love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
