People Operations Coordinator
Are you highly organised, people-focused and passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in supporting colleagues across OneSchool Global UK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing processes, building positive relationships, ensuring compliance, and providing first-class support throughout the employee lifecycle.
Based in our Regional Support Office, you'll be responsible for coordinating onboarding, pre-employment screening, employee administration, payroll liaison activities and maintaining accurate employee records. You'll work closely with campus leaders, new starters and the wider People & Culture team to ensure a seamless employee experience from offer stage through to employment and beyond.
Please note, our UK Regional Support Office will be relocating to Coventry from September 2026.
About You
You will:
- Be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Have previous experience within HR, People Operations or administration
- Be passionate about delivering a positive employee and candidate experience
- Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Be confident managing sensitive and confidential information
- Have experience maintaining records and ensuring data accuracy
- Be comfortable working with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Take ownership of tasks and proactively follow through to completion
- Have a collaborative and customer-focused approach to your work

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees across OneSchool Global UK
- Prepare and issue contracts, offer letters and employment documentation
- Manage pre-employment checks, including references, DBS checks, right-to-work verification and qualification checks
- Liaise with candidates, campuses and external providers throughout the onboarding journey
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files within the HRIS
- Process employee lifecycle changes including contractual amendments, promotions, salary changes and leavers
- Coordinate probation reviews and employee lifecycle administration
- Support monthly payroll administration by ensuring employee data is accurate and communicated on time
- Produce People & Culture reports and maintain data integrity across systems
- Support compliance, safeguarding and employee record audits
- Assist with People Operations projects and continuous improvement initiatives
