Compensation: £28,000 / year

Description

Do you enjoy organising people, solving problems and making things happen?

Maybe you've outgrown a purely administrative role and you're looking for your next challenge. You might already be the person everyone relies on to keep things organised, chase actions and spot when something doesn't quite add up.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, great organisation skills and a genuine interest in helping people. You don't need to know everything on day one—we'll teach you the systems, the reporting and the technical side of the role.

What we're really looking for is someone who's curious, proactive and enjoys finding better ways of doing things.

Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to support projects that improve the experience of colleagues across the business.

This is a fixed term 12 months contract.

What does the role involve?

As our People Operations Coordinator, you'll play an important role in helping us deliver projects, improvements and change across the business.

  • Help keep projects organised and moving forward
  • Support colleagues through change
  • Work with managers across the business to make sure new initiatives are successfully introduced

No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to develop new skills while making a real difference to the experience of our colleagues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
