As we scale, we are looking for an enthusiastic and organized People Operations Coordinator to support our team and growth and help foster a positive, engaging company culture.
Role Overview
The People Operations Coordinator will play a key role in managing the employee lifecycle and supporting HR processes across the organization. This includes onboarding, offboarding, probation reviews, annual appraisals, recruitment support, training coordination, contract execution, and planning engagement activities to keep morale high, and being the go-to person for HR-related queries and initiatives, ensuring operational precision, compliance, and a great employee experience. Because this role handles contract execution and sensitive HR data, an exceptional eye for detail and a knack for spotting data discrepancies are critical for success.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Draft staff contracts and letters using available templates with 100% accuracy, ensuring all bespoke employee data matches agreed terms perfectly before issuance.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Schedule and track probation reviews, annual appraisals, and check-in meetings.
Recruitment Support:
- Assist with posting job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct initial interviews with guidance from relevant teams to ensure candidates are suitable for the vacant roles.
Staff Admin & Compliance Updates:
- Own the integrity of our HRIS system, auditing employee records regularly to ensure flawless data compliance and protection regulations (GDPR).
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring policies are up-to-date.
- Ensure policy/procedure updates are communicated to staff.
Reporting:
- Prepare basic HR metrics such as headcount, staff turnover, and absence/leave reports.
Employee Relations Support:
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and escalate issues when needed.
Engagement & Culture:
- Develop creative initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Support wellbeing programs and mental health awareness campaigns.

Key Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational, detail-orientation and time-management skills - you are someone who naturally double-checks your work, catches typos that others miss, and takes pride in data integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with HR processes and employment law.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using HR systems and collaboration tools.
- Proactive and creative approach to employee engagement.
Experience:
- Previous people coordination or administration experience preferred.
- Law-related education desirable but not necessary.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment or tech company is a plus.
