Role Purpose

At Co-op Live, we're creating unforgettable experiences for fans, artists and visitors, and none of it would be possible without the people who bring every event to life. We are looking for a proactive and people-focused People Operations Events Supervisor to play a vital role in the delivery of our event-day workforce operations, ensuring our teams are supported, prepared and ready to deliver exceptional service at every event.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the People Operations Team, you will oversee event-day staffing operations across the venue, acting as a key point of contact for casual event staff and Event Day Staffing Assistants. You will be responsible for supervising staff deployment, coordinating workforce activities and ensuring operational issues are resolved quickly and effectively. Working at the heart of our People Operations function, you'll help ensure every event runs smoothly from a staffing perspective while maintaining the highest operational standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
