About the Role
Join GAO Tek Inc. as an HR Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations in a global technology company. Collaborate with international teams while developing practical HR skills in a professional remote environment. - Supporting recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes for new hires.
- Maintaining HR records, employee files, and internal documentation.
- Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Helping maintain investor relationship records and follow-up activities.
- Supporting market research and fundraising campaigns.
- Assisting with strategic partnership initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
