About ClearSpace
At ClearSpace, we believe in reusability, in affordability driving disruption, and that no progress is real unless it is sustainable.
Our company was founded in 2018 out of the realization that in-orbit servicing and space debris removal are vital services for the future of space exploration and operations. Today ClearSpace has assembled an expert engineering team and is leading the way toward sustainable space operations. From a garage in Switzerland, we now operate across UK and Europe, and are working with world-leading institutions and companies to bring our dream of a sustainable space ecosystem to life.
We are looking for a People Operations Intern to join our team who will work on both our current missions and future projects.
The Role
Our ClearSpace crew are at the heart of our missions, and the People team plays a key role in making sure we have the right people, culture and organisation in place to help our missions run smoothly.
We're looking for a People Operations Intern to join the team and get hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle. It's a fantastic opportunity for someone starting out in HR to build broad, practical experience across HR operations, systems and recruitment coordination, with real exposure to live projects and the chance to make a visible impact beyond admin support. You'll work closely with our Head of People & Culture and the wider People team, supporting the processes that keep ClearSpace running smoothly for every employee, ensuring our employee experience is unrivalled.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
