People Operations Lead | 4-Month FTC | London Hybrid - 2 days in office

Up to £75,000

We’re looking for a hands-on People Operations Lead to join a fast-scaling technology business specialising in digital asset and blockchain intelligence, supporting the People team through an exciting period of growth and change.

This is a 4-month full-time contract role, ideal for an experienced People Operations professional who enjoys being close to the detail, keeping things moving and finding smarter ways of working.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day People Operations function, ensuring employees and contractors have a smooth experience across the employee lifecycle, while also identifying opportunities to improve and automate existing processes.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing the People team inbox and responding to employee queries
  • Onboarding employees and contractors through HiBob and wider company processes
  • Partnering with IT and Logistics to deliver a seamless onboarding experience
  • Managing People-related documentation, including commission letters and parental leave
  • Supporting statutory and ad hoc reporting across the UK, US and Singapore
  • Managing external People partners, including background checks and global employment providers
  • Preparing accurate data for monthly and twice-monthly payrolls
  • Managing employee and contractor offboarding
  • Keeping policies and Notion content up to date
  • Supporting benefits administration across healthcare, pensions and other providers
  • Looking for opportunities to improve, automate and streamline People processes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
