London: Hybrid 2-3 days a week on-site
Salary: up to £90K per annum
People Operations Lead - Six Sigma is required to be part of an organisation that combines long-term thinking, investment excellence, and a strong sense of purpose. As a People Operations Lead - Six Sigma, you will partner with HR, People Operations, Finance, and IT teams to analyse and enhance people-related processes, maximise the effectiveness of Workday. You will lead process improvements, while driving continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.

Skills:
- Experience across Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies (Mandatory).
- Experience with Workday.
- Experience in Operational Excellence, Business Process Improvement, or Continuous Improvement.
- Strong background in HR or Shared Services process optimisation.
