We’re building something powerful. Let’s build it together.

We've delivered high-performance embedded computing solutions for four decades across industries including defence, telecoms, and aerospace. We’re proud to be experts in what we do and we're looking for a brilliant People Operations Manager to help shape how our People function scales for the future.

The Role

Reporting to the VP People & Comms, you'll play a critical role in creating the infrastructure, systems and processes that enable our people and business to thrive. You'll have the opportunity to build, improve and innovate across every aspect of People Operations, creating a function that is efficient, modern, data-driven and genuinely people-focused.

This is a role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with operational excellence. You'll love improving processes, using data to drive decisions, leveraging automation, and creating scalable solutions that make life easier for our people, managers and leadership teams.

What will I be delivering?

  • Building for scale

    • As we continue to grow, you'll develop and strengthen the operational framework that supports our people strategy. You'll bring structure, consistency and simplicity to processes while ensuring we remain agile as the business evolves.
  • Owning our people systems and data

    • You'll lead the ongoing development of our people systems, including HiBob and Culture15, ensuring our data is accurate, insightful and supports great decision-making.
    • You'll champion data integrity, reporting and process improvements across the employee lifecycle.
  • Leading key people processes
You'll oversee the successful delivery of critical annual and cyclical processes across the group including:

    1. Performance and development reviews
    2. Salary and bonus review
    3. Share awards
    4. Benefit renewal and enhancement activities across the group
    5. Employee BPSS checks

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
