People Operations Partner

Join an exciting and fast-paced stadium environment as a People Operations Partner, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of matchday and non-matchday events. Working closely with operational leaders and the People Operations Manager, you will coordinate workforce planning, staffing logistics and employee support activities, helping to ensure every event is resourced with the right people in the right place at the right time.

From workforce scheduling and onboarding to matchday staff coordination and employee engagement, you'll be at the heart of creating a seamless employee experience while supporting operational excellence across a world-class venue.

We have two positions that are both full time and permanent working weekdays and weekends.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and coordination of staffing requirements for all matchday and non-matchday events, ensuring appropriate workforce levels are maintained
  • Manage workforce scheduling and shift communications through Ubeya, ensuring colleagues receive accurate information regarding roles, timings and locations
  • Lead matchday staff check-in processes, ensuring team members are correctly allocated, appropriately dressed and equipped with the required PPE
  • Monitor attendance, identify staffing gaps or absences and work with operational teams to implement effective solutions
  • Act as a key liaison between the People team and operational departments, ensuring clear communication and effective workforce coordination
  • Support onboarding, recruitment administration and workforce mobilisation activities, ensuring employees are prepared and compliant before commencing work
  • Maintain accurate workforce records, staffing databases, attendance reports and scheduling information to support operational planning and reporting
  • Provide a visible and proactive presence during events, supporting colleagues, resolving staffing issues and contributing to a positive employee experience

Key Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative, coordination or workforce planning role, ideally within hospitality, events, leisure, retail or other fast-paced operational environments
  • Strong organisational and scheduling skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a high-volume setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging and building relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, event-driven environment, remaining adaptable, proactive and solutions focused
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative capability, including maintaining records, coordinating staffing activities and managing workforce data
  • Flexible, reliable and team-oriented approach, with the availability to support matchdays, events and operational requirements as needed.
