People Operations & Payroll Lead - 18 Month FTC
A People Operations & Payroll Lead is needed to align People & Payroll operational process and ongoing service delivery for a leading end-user organisation based in Milton Keynes.
You will collaborate with a cross-functional programme team to help define and deliver the technical migration of existing payroll services to SAP SuccessFactors ECP.

This is an 18-month FTC with scope for long term offerings.

The role is based in Milton Keynes and requires a willingness to visit the office as and when required (i.e. onboarding, workshops, team gatherings etc).
Requirements
- Strong people and payroll operational delivery expertise
- Experience working within People Technology and Operational Process environment
- Experience working on projects where you have impacted people and payroll processes/technology
- Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors ECP or other people technology (e.g. Workday, Oracle HCM)
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation, Payroll & Pensions Legislation and statutory requirements
- Excellent stakeholder and third party supplier management and engagement skills
