People Operations Support (Systems & Processes)

At Converge Technology Solutions, we're looking for a People Operations Support professional who sees beyond administration and wants to use data, technology, and process improvement to make a real impact. This role supports the development and optimisation of our People systems and processes, with Dayforce HRIS at the heart of our People technology landscape.
We are looking for someone who is naturally inquisitive, enjoys solving problems, and can spot opportunities to improve the way things work. If you find yourself asking "Why do we do it this way?" and "How can technology make this better?", we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
You'll play a key role in ensuring our People data, systems, and processes are accurate, efficient, and deliver meaningful insights to support business decisions. You'll be:
- Maintaining and enhancing our Dayforce HRIS and People systems.
- Analysing People data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Developing reports, dashboards, and meaningful workforce insights.
- Supporting system upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
- Reviewing employee lifecycle processes and recommending smarter, more automated ways of working.
- Mapping and documenting People processes to support operational excellence.
- Ensuring data integrity, compliance, and high-quality employee records.
- Working closely with managers and colleagues to improve the employee experience through effective systems and processes.
