Role Overview
You'll be the person who keeps our office running smoothly and our people properly looked after: welcoming visitors, setting new joiners up for success, keeping our systems and records accurate, and supporting the team behind the scenes with everything from onboarding to recruitment logistics.
It's a broad, varied role, and it suits someone who's naturally curious, calm under pressure and genuinely enjoys being the person others come to when something needs sorting. You'll be part of an award-winning agency, working alongside a team of specialists who care about doing things properly, and you'll have real scope to shape what it feels like to work here.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We're Looking For
Is this you?
- You've worked in an office management or people operations role before, and you understand the rhythm of the admin that keeps a team running smoothly.
- You're confident using an HRIS or similar people system, and you take real pride in keeping records accurate and well maintained.
- You're a warm, approachable first point of contact, whether that's greeting a visitor, setting up a new starter or answering a question from the team.
- You can juggle several things at once, and you know how to tell what's urgent, what can wait and what needs flagging to someone else.
- You handle sensitive information with discretion, and you're comfortable knowing when to solve a problem yourself and when to escalate it.
- You bring genuine curiosity to your work, asking good questions and looking for small ways to improve a process rather than just keeping it ticking over.
