Are you an experienced HR Administrator, Recruitment Coordinator or customer-focused coordinator looking for your next step?
We are looking for an engaging People Partner to join the UK Volume Talent Acquisition Centre, supporting a large-scale contractor workforce within the Financial Ombudsman Service account.
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the contractor experience from pre-boarding through to assignment completion. You'll act as a trusted partner to contractors, providing ongoing support, coaching, wellbeing guidance and employee relations expertise, while working closely with operational stakeholders to improve engagement, performance and retention.

What you'll be doing
- Building strong relationships with contractors through regular engagement calls and ongoing support.
- Managing payroll and general contractor queries.
- Coordinating structured engagement activities designed to improve contractor retention and experience.
- Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and tracking engagement activity.
- Working closely with wider delivery and resourcing teams to identify trends and share insights.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and helping to deliver an exceptional contractor experience.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a HR Administration, Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Administration or similar coordination role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management abilities.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using databases, HR systems, CRM platforms or ATS systems would be beneficial.
