About Clinical Partners

Clinical Partners is one of the UK's leading providers of mental health and neurodevelopmental services, delivering high-quality assessments and treatment across both NHS and private healthcare pathways.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded People Partner to support our Consumer and Medication Management Business Units, playing a key role in enabling business performance through effective people strategies and solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and evolving organisation where people are at the heart of our success. Working as part of our People Team, you will partner with senior leaders to drive organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement and change initiatives that support the delivery of exceptional services for our patients and colleagues.

As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with leaders and managers to understand business priorities, providing expert guidance and challenge across a broad range of people matters. You will use insight, analytics and a strong understanding of organisational dynamics to influence decision-making and support the delivery of business objectives.

The role offers the opportunity to work within a developing business unit structure, helping to shape high-performing teams and embed best practice people approaches across a fast-paced and highly regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders across the Consumer and Medication Management Business Units to develop and deliver people plans that support business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching on organisational design, workforce planning, performance management, talent development and employee engagement.
  • Use people data, workforce metrics and business insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Lead and support organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective planning, communication and implementation.
  • Coach and develop leaders to enhance people management capability and leadership effectiveness.
  • Support succession planning and talent management activities to ensure the development of future capability across the business.
  • Analyse trends relating to employee relations, absence, engagement and performance, implementing proactive solutions to improve outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, learning and Development, and Clinical Workforce teams to delivery integrated people solutions.
  • Support the delivery of People projects and initiatives that improve colleague experience, organisational effectiveness and business performance.
  • Ensure people practices remain aligned with employment legislation, company policy and organisational values.
  • Build strong and credible relationships with stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted advisor on people matters.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
