Healix Group, Healix House, Esher Green
At Healix International, we protect what matters most. Our work is grounded in care, independent thinking and earning the trust of our clients and colleagues every day.
We're seeking an experienced People Partner to join our People Team. This is a hands-on role for an HR professional who enjoys working at pace, building strong relationships with leaders and managing complex people challenges in an international environment.
As Healix continues to grow globally, you'll support leaders across multiple businesses, functions and locations, helping to build high-performing teams while delivering practical, commercially focused people solutions.
About The Role
As a trusted advisor to leaders, you'll combine strategic partnering with operational delivery. You'll manage complex employee relations matters, support organisational change, strengthen leadership capability and help deliver our People Strategy.
This role requires resilience, sound judgement and the ability to manage changing priorities while maintaining a high standard of service and employee experience.
What You'll Bring
You Will Ideally Have
- Experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner or senior HR generalist.
- Strong employee relations expertise, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability and absence management.
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law.
- Experience supporting organisational change and transformation.
- The ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Strong judgement, coaching and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using people data and insights to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working in a complex or international environment.
- Understanding of visa and immigration processes.
- CIPD Level 5 or above, or equivalent experience.
We recognise that strong candidates bring different combinations of experience and encourage applications from those who meet most, but not all, of the criteria.
Is This You?
You'll Be Successful In This Role If You
- Enjoy autonomy and accountability.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, varied environment.
- Can balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
- Remain calm when priorities change.
- Build strong relationships and influence effectively.
- Enjoy working across cultures, locations and time zones.
- Focus on achieving outcomes rather than simply providing advice.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We’re co-ordinators and problem-solvers: experts at navigating the global health and security landscape. Our teams of doctors, nurses, travel and medical co-ordinators and security experts make sure that your people will be looked after, whatever happens supported by technology designed help individuals, not slot them into a predetermined solution.
