This role is a multi-site role covering the UK, you will travel to sites business-needs-dependent (circa 3 days onsite and 2 home per week)
Description
The role of People Partner is a very exciting role within a highly prestigious, fast-paced and successful UK-wide retail organisation. You will partner with leadership to support with a wide range of People matters to ensure commercial goals are achieved.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Work with management and leadership to play a pivotal role to embed the people strategy
- Act as a commercial-astute people partner to leadership providing data-led advice and guidance
- Partner leaders on matters such as structure, change management, workforce planning and succession strategy
- Support employee relations, including managing grievances and disciplinary processes.
- Strengthen talent pipeline by leading initiatives that attract, retain, and develop high calibre individuals, while embedding robust leadership and career development frameworks
- Embed a high-performance culture by championing performance management initiatives
- Elevate colleague engagement and inclusion

Profile
This role is an exciting and challenging position - ideal applicants will have a proven background as a commercially astute HR Business Partner/People Partner, comfortable supporting in a fast-paced multi-site organisation.
