People Team | Remote with occasional travel to Bristol and Fareham | Permanent

Shape the future of our people. Influence the future of our business.

At Ascenti Group, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As the UK's leading provider of physiotherapy, mental health, and government assessment services, we support thousands of people every day to live fuller lives.

Behind that success is a passionate, ambitious, and collaborative People Team that works in true partnership with our business leaders to drive performance, develop talent, and create an exceptional colleague experience.

We are now looking for an experienced People Partner to act as a senior leader in our People Team and play a pivotal role in supporting one of our Business Units.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing People Team as a trusted People Partner, working closely with leaders to support day-to-day people matters while helping to build high-performing teams and deliver positive business outcomes.

You'll work across a broad range of operational and strategic people activities, partnering with managers to provide practical advice, coaching, and support throughout the employee lifecycle.

About The Role

You'll immerse yourself in the business, understanding its priorities, operational challenges, and future ambitions, ensuring every people decision contributes to business success.

Working closely with the Group People Director and business leaders, you'll provide expert HR support across the full employee lifecycle, coaching managers, leading employee relations activity, and helping to deliver people initiatives that support engagement, performance, and organizational growth.

This is a highly visible leadership role where your ability to influence, challenge constructively, and build trusted relationships will be just as important as your technical HR expertise.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
