People Partner - UK & International

Location: Kingswinford, West Midlands (office-based)
Hours: 35 per week
Reports to: Group People Director

About the role

We have a newly created People Partner role, driven by our continued global growth. A unique opportunity to shape a role rather than step into someone else's.

Stiltz has also recently been recognised as a Great Place to Work, and as our growth continues that’s where you come in. We’re looking for an experienced People Partner to help us build on that. You'll be a trusted partner to leaders across our UK and international business, giving commercial, legally sound, values-led advice that supports good decisions and a genuinely positive employee experience.

You'll lead UK People delivery through your two direct reports, our Senior People Advisor and People Projects Lead, working closely with our Group People Director, while overseeing the people side of our EOR arrangements, and other international set-ups.

What you'll do

  • Partner with senior leaders and managers on people plans that support engagement, retention and performance
  • Manage and support of complex or high-risk people matters, delivering outcomes that are fair, consistent, compliant, and aligned with our values
  • Coach and develop managers and senior leaders to build their people leadership skills
  • Lead on our UK People policies end-to-end, keeping them compliant, consistently applied and easy to understand
  • Use people data and insights to spot risks, gaps, and opportunities early, delivering practical solutions that strengthen decision-making and business impact
  • Lead and develop your team, balancing priorities and supporting delivery, whilst aligning People activity to business objectives
  • Provide direction and governance across People projects, change and international people processes including EOR employee arrangements
  • Support UK payroll on escalations, keeping things accurate and on time
  • Create and design workshops and e-learning content that close real skills gaps as they emerge

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
