We’re Capital on Tap 👋
💳 Capital on Tap started because small businesses were underserved. Big banks were slow, their products weren't fit for purpose, and small business owners often couldn't access what they needed. We set out to fix that.
Today we're a financial platform - not just a credit card company. We offer a best-in-class business credit card, SME-focused spend management platform, a savings product that hit £1 billion in funds within its first year, and a growing suite of tools and financial products that make running a small business easier.
1,000+ employees, £20bn in annual card spend, 200,000+ customers, 17,000+ Trustpilot reviews averaging 4.7 stars, and we're profitable. We’ve done a pretty good job so far, but we’re just getting started!
🏡🏢This is a Hybrid role, working 2-3 days per week in our London office.

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re looking for a proactive People Partner to join our team, supporting our high-performing Central Functions Teams in London. You’ll work closely with the Lead People Partner to deliver a great employee experience, championing our culture, values, and ways of working.

  • Act as a trusted first point of contact for managers and employees, providing first-line support and strengthening managerial effectiveness.
  • Support and coach managers through ER, helping them build confidence in handling cases effectively and autonomously.
  • Use People data and insights to help identify and recommend proactive solutions to the People & Talent team and the wider business.
  • Support the Lead People Partner on initiatives related to performance management, learning & development, wellbeing, and inclusion.
  • Support the delivery of key people programs and cyclical processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
