EMEA People Partner

As the EMEA People Partner, you are a trusted partner for managers and employees across the region, primarily focused on employees in the UK, Denmark, and Germany. You translate global People programs into local action for the entire employee lifecycle; following global processes and strategies wherever possible. This is a high-ownership role for someone who pairs strong business partnership instincts with operational excellence and pride in getting the details right.

You will run the regional rhythms that keep the EMEA organization healthy — day-to-day employee support, engagement and pulse survey focus groups, compensation changes, goal planning and reviews. You serve as the EMEA super user for our HR systems (UKG as the source of truth). You'll partner with the global People Team on employee initiatives, priorities, and shape solutions and policies, and ensure consistent process and alignment across every EMEA country. Success looks like leaders who feel supported, employees who feel heard, clean and trustworthy people data, and a People function that delivers consistently across the region.

What You’ll Do

People Partner for EMEA Employees and Leaders

  • Support EMEA employees across the region, ensuring you are a credible and trusted partner for our employees. Look for ways to provide a supportive experience but also help us to drive process and people efficiency via automation, better process, or self-service, where possible and for the right moments.
  • Act as the people partner to EMEA leaders, coaching them through team, talent, and organizational topics with a practical, business-aware approach.
  • Translate global People initiatives into local execution - following global processes and strategies wherever possible and adapting only where local context requires it.
  • Talks to keep leaders connected to People priorities and to surface what's happening on the ground.
  • Coordinate and organize Manager Forums to build manager capability, share best practices, and reinforce a consistent leadership standard across EMEA.
  • Drive regional engagement and pulse survey completion and focus groups to interpret results and turn feedback into action.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
