We're looking for HR Professionals, who have experience in providing HR support (engagement, on-boarding, performance enablement and ER) within the education or health care sector to support this fantastic cause.

What are we looking for?
- Strong experience working as a People Partner, HRBP, People Manager or HR Generalist (paid or voluntary)
- People management experience
- Prior experience in a similar role (paid or voluntary).
- Experience of working collaboratively with and influencing key stakeholders
- Previous experience of working for Charities and/or volunteer organisations is desirable but not required.

What will you be doing?
As a People Partner, you will work closely and collaboratively with Teams and Team Leaders in their ‘space’, providing proactive support and advice from a people/HR perspective to support the achievement of their team goals, providing a consistent approach to ensure volunteers are happy, engaged and able to make positive contributions to achieve shared success.

Your responsibilities will include
- Organisational/department design and development
- Recruitment and Selection - Supported by the Talent acquisition team
- Business Partnering
- People Projects inline with People Strategy and Plan
- Volunteer engagement
