Fixed Term Contract - 12 months maternity cover - November start date
Manchester City Centre - Hybrid Working
£50,000 per annum

Our client, a dynamic leader in the software and technology sector, is seeking a People Business Partner to provide HR support across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
Please note this is a stand alone role
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding: Coordinate induction and onboarding programmes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
- Operational HR: Handle daily HR tasks, including absence monitoring, payroll queries and maintaining HR records.
- Policy Development: Develop, implement and regularly review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment legislation.
- Employee Relations: Provide counsel to people leaders on employee relations issues, guiding them through grievance, discipline, and performance review processes.
- Drive Change: Influence and drive change throughout the business, continually enhancing the workplace culture.
- People Strategy: Develop and execute the overarching people strategy, including designing and implementing reward schemes and enhancing benefits.
- ED&I Framework: Lead the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) initiatives
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
- Culture Champion: Nurture a positive working environment and support the Office Manager in organising office events to foster a strong workplace culture.

What Our Client is Looking For:
- This is a stand alone role so we are ideally looking for someone who comes from that background
- A degree in Human Resources or equivalent CIPD Level 5-7, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in a fast-moving technology or SaaS business environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to have difficult conversations when needed
- Someone who is level headed and able to guide managers through complex situations
- Familiarity with HR systems (preferably HiBob)
- Ability to work in a scaling up environment with lots of changes!
- Available to start a role at short notice
