You will be joining a team that is striving to be inclusive, visible, reliable, and focused on supporting talent to thrive.
You will be the People Partner for a diverse portfolio of departments building trusted and influential relationships with leaders and managers. You will gain a deeper understanding of their priorities and help them make fair, confident and impactful people decisions.
Employee relations will be at the heart of your role. You will advise on and manage a varied caseload, including complex or sensitive matters, providing expert guidance with sound judgement, empathy and commercial awareness - helping managers address issues early wherever possible and ensuring formal processes are handled fairly, consistently and with appropriate pace.
This is an exciting time to join us. As our People and Culture operating model develops, you will have the opportunity to influence how we work and help shape the future of the function. While the role will include operational HR delivery, it offers far more than day to day support. You will be instrumental in strengthening foundations, driving improvements, embedding new ways of working and contributing to a transformation that will enable a more strategic partnering approach.

We’re a supportive and hardworking team, working on a variety of projects. Due to the nature of the role, collaboration is key to the success of our plan. The People Partner will usually work 3-4 out of 5 days on one of our three sites with stakeholders and People Team colleagues.
