People Partner (HR Business Partner)
Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office)
Contract: 6 months, inside IR35
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced People Partner to join a high-performing HR team within a leading international media and technology organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with senior leaders across Corporate Functions, helping to shape organisational strategy, drive transformation, and deliver people solutions that enable business success.
As the business continues to evolve, you will play a key role in supporting organisational change, developing talent, enhancing culture, and embedding modern ways of working. This role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the chance to influence impactful business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver strategic people plans that support business objectives and long-term growth.
- Partner with senior leaders to shape transformation agendas and deliver organisational change initiatives.
- Lead and advise on organisational design, workforce planning, and people change programmes.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing constructive challenge and ensuring sound people decisions.
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to develop and implement effective people solutions.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, internal mobility, and external talent pipelining.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all people programmes and decision-making.
- Coach and mentor leaders to strengthen capability and build high-performing teams.
- Ensure consistent application of reward, performance, and grading frameworks.
- Utilise workforce data and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Support the development of an engaged, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience operating as a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or equivalent within a complex, matrixed organisation.
- Strong track record of leading and embedding organisational change and transformation programmes.
- Experience developing people and culture strategies aligned to business priorities.
- Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders to drive meaningful organisational outcomes.
- Excellent coaching, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical capability with experience using people data and insights to shape recommendations.
- Passion for employee experience, inclusion, and creating positive workplace cultures.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently while building strong partnerships across HR and business teams.
