We're looking for an experienced and commercially focused People Partner to join our People Team during an exciting period of transformation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with senior leaders, influence key business decisions, and deliver people solutions that drive performance, engagement, and growth. From complex employee relations and organisational change to talent development and workforce planning, you'll play a pivotal role in helping us build a high-performing, future-ready organisation.

Some of the key deliverables for this role will include:

  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic people plans.
  • Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters.
  • Lead and support organisational change, including restructures, TUPE transfers, and consultations.
  • Coach managers to build leadership capability and confidence.
  • Support talent, succession, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Champion performance, wellbeing, inclusion, and employee engagement.
  • Use people data and insights to influence decision-making and improve outcomes.
  • Contribute to key People projects through to April 2027.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience as a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or Senior HR Generalist.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience managing complex ER cases and organisational change.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • A data-driven and commercially minded approach.
  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience.
