We're looking for an experienced People Partner to join Pophams and lead our People approach as we enter our next stage of growth.

This is our most senior People role and a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, loves people, and wants to make a real impact. With around 100 people today and exciting growth ahead, you'll shape how we recruit, develop, engage and support our teams whilst staying close to day-to-day life in our sites.

This isn't a corporate, desk-based HR role. We want someone who understands hospitality, enjoys being where the action is, and is just as happy coaching a manager over a coffee as they are building a new training programme or shaping our longer-term People strategy.

Benefits:

  • Mental Health Policy
  • 50% discount for staff, friends & family
  • Free freshly cooked staff meals and half hour paid break (including tea and coffee on shift)
  • Bike to work scheme
  • Training & career progression opportunities
  • Company Maternity and Paternity Pay
  • Company Sick Pay
  • Length of Service Rewards for every year of service

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
