Role
We’re looking for a people-focused HR professional who thrives on building strong workplace culture, supporting managers, and creating exceptional employee experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR generalist or HR Operations Manager to join a purpose-led organisation where people, engagement and development are at the heart of the business.
The role
You’ll partner with leaders and managers across the organisation to deliver proactive HR support, strengthen employee engagement, and drive people initiatives that make a real impact.

- Employee relations and day-to-day HR support
- Coaching managers on performance, wellbeing and people matters
- Recruitment, onboarding and induction
- Learning & development initiatives
- Policy and process improvement
- Culture, engagement and values-led projects
- Supporting performance and appraisal frameworks
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a HR Operations, HR Advisor or HR generalist role
- Strong HR advisory and employee relations experience
- Confident advising senior stakeholders on UK employment law and best practice
- Experience improving HR processes and people frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience desirable
- Passion for creating positive workplace culture and employee engagement

This is a full time, permanent position based in Stevenage. Hybrid working arrangements require you to be onsite 2-3 days per week.
c.£50,000 + enhanced benefits package
