Part of Travis Perkins plc, TF Solutions are now hiring for an exceptional People Partner to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business.

This is far more than a traditional, transactional HR role. You'll be a trusted advisor to the Managing Director and leadership team, a coach to senior managers and a key contributor to strategic decision making across a fast growing, dynamic business.

If you're a commercially minded People Partner who thrives on aligning business strategy with talent, leading change and driving business performance through data driven insights, we'd love to hear from you!

Hybrid Working

This is a national role covering the UK operations of TF Solutions, combining flexible home working with 1 to 2 days per week based at our head office in Northampton.

The Opportunity

As People Partner, reporting directly to the Managing Director and CHRO, you will serve as a strategic partner aligning TF Solutions' business strategy with its talent and workforce capabilities.

In this standalone leadership position, you will diagnose organisational needs, coach senior leaders and design proactive people strategies that drive performance, change management and a high-performing culture.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Strategic Alignment & Planning: Working closely with senior leadership to translate business priorities into commercial people strategies and identify future talent needs and skill gaps.
  • Trusted Advisor & Leadership Partner: Providing expert guidance to senior leaders on organisational design, talent management, capability, performance management and reward.
  • Culture & Employee Engagement: Fostering a positive work environment, driving engagement and shaping organisational culture alongside wider HR teams.
  • Change Management: Acting as a key change agent leading organisational transformations and designing new ways of working to deliver business results with minimal operational disruption.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proactively analysing workforce metrics to identify trends, measure the impact of people initiatives and predict future workforce requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identifying opportunities to improve people processes, refine team structures and elevate HR service delivery.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring all people's practices and policies comply with legal regulations while minimising risk.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
