At Liberty, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for an experienced and passionate People Partner to join our People Team and play a key role in supporting managers, driving positive people outcomes, and helping create a workplace where everyone can thrive.
This is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing decision-making, and providing practical people solutions that make a real difference across the business.
🚀 What You'll Be Doing
As our People Partner, you'll work closely with managers and leaders to deliver a proactive, pragmatic and commercially focused HR service, including:
- Providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management
- Coaching and supporting managers to confidently apply HR policies and procedures
- Supporting organisational change projects, including restructures, redeployment, redundancies and TUPE transfers
- Partnering with managers on workforce planning, talent management and succession planning initiatives
- Promoting recruitment best practice and working closely with the Recruitment Team to attract and retain great talent
- Delivering management development sessions and supporting leadership capability growth
- Building positive relationships with Trade Union partners and key stakeholders across the business
- Supporting equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives and promoting an inclusive culture
- Ensuring accurate people and payroll data through effective management of HR systems and processes
- Leading and supporting People projects that drive continuous improvement and business success

👀 What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from people who have:
- Previous HR Business Partner / People Partner experience
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases
- Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills
- Experience supporting organisational change and transformation activities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to challenge constructively
- The ability to build credibility and influence at all levels of the organisation
- A passion for creating positive employee experiences and helping people succeed
