Are you a strategic HR professional passionate about driving organisational success through people?
We are seeking an experienced People Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering an innovative people agenda across our University.
Working closely with senior leaders across Professional Services and Academic portfolios, you will provide expert advice and partnership at both strategic and operational levels. You will lead the development of tailored People Plans, ensuring alignment with the University's strategic objectives while delivering impactful solutions that enhance staff and student experiences.
As a trusted advisor, you will coach and support leaders on talent management, workforce planning, organisational development, employee engagement, and complex people matters.

How will you work?
We are committed to supporting flexible methods of working wherever possible and this role is, Flexible and Connected - Campus attendance will vary on a day-to-day basis and across the year but must purposefully align to the needs of our students, staff, and stakeholders. It is expected that there will be a relatively even balance between time spent on and off campus; but in most cases the work location will be determined by the service required or the tasks/activities being undertaken.
