Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact during a period of significant organisational change?

We are seeking a People Partner to join our team on a fixed-term basis, providing essential workforce support and stability to leaders and services as the Trust prepares for major organisational transformation. Working as a trusted advisor, you will build strong relationships with managers and senior leaders, providing pragmatic, people-focused solutions across a wide range of workforce matters.

This role would suit a credible, resilient and adaptable HR professional who is comfortable operating in a complex environment, able to balance operational priorities with strategic objectives, and committed to delivering an excellent experience for staff and the communities we serve.

You will join a supportive and collaborative team that is passionate about putting people at the heart of everything we do.

Role Description

As a People Partner, you will provide high-quality workforce advice and business partnering support to leaders across the Trust. Acting as a trusted consultant and coach, you will support managers to navigate organisational change, complex workforce issues and employee relations matters while maintaining engagement, performance and wellbeing within their teams.

  • You will work closely with services to deliver workforce priorities, develop effective people solutions and support the implementation of organisational and workforce strategies.
  • Building strong and credible relationships with stakeholders, you will help create positive workplace cultures that enable teams to deliver high-quality care.

This role is particularly focused on providing experienced HR support and continuity during a period of organisational transition, helping leaders manage change effectively while maintaining business-as-usual workforce services.
